Funds managed by Helios Investment Partners together with Fitzroy Investments Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of Tecnotree Corporation, Padma Ravichander, have formed a consortium to make a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer through the Offer or for all the issued and outstanding Shares and Equity Securities in Tecnotree.
